We are a Lancaster County Architectural Millwork shop providing a diverse range of products, from simple cabinetry to architectural masterpieces.
At Seven Trees Woodworking we are constantly searching for new processes and better construction methods to meet and exceed our customer's expectations.
Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter who needs little supervision.
We have an immediate opening for the right individual.
Candidate needs to be proficient in reading blueprints, ability to create scope of work, ability to do material takeoffs, call vendors to obtain quotes, etc.
Paid vacations and health insurance are provided.
Pay will be based on experience.
Some of the tasks required for this position are as follows; Create detailed 2D shop drawings per the contract documents and Architectural Drawings Understand scope of work to accurately create shop drawings Identifies potential scope gaps and clarifies via shop drawings Create detailed 3D model in Microvellum for production Develop and review construction methods with Sr PM Engineer items as efficiently as possible to avoid any production delays Maintains and organizes drawings files per Seven Trees Standards Performs other duties as assigned Job Type:
