Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, their families and friends, while maintaining an organized and clean office environment.
This position will be responsible for answering the phones, greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, billing, and collecting payment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a spending time with the elderly.
Must be someone who can multi-task, someone who is a problem solver and is excellent with numbers.
Responsibilities:
Answer the phone and greet patients, visitors and guests who are coming to see you.
Maintain front desk cleanliness by dusting, cleaning product shelves, and organizing supplies as needed.
Maintain office equipment by following maintenance schedules and performing repairs as needed.
Maintain office budgets by analyzing financial transactions; preparing reports as needed; following up with patients on payments; collecting accounts receivable balance.
Be a part of the team by working well with others Complete other tasks assigned by the manager as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
A high level of customer service skills is essential.
Strong communication skills are required along with the ability to work well in a team environment with others including communication with other employees.
Must be able to use a credit card machine, be able to count money, problem solve, remember details.
