Sign on bonus up to $1,500 Offering experience based sign-on bonus The Carpenter will work for Garden Spot Village, performing carpentry, demolition, light plumbing /electrical work for renovations and refurbishments to our apartments, cottages and carriage houses.

What will I do in this role with Garden Spot?As a Carpenter, supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following
Responsibilities:
Works in the field performing various tasks in and around various properties and construction.
Comes to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrates dependability and punctuality.
Attends all in-services and training sessions relevant to the position.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What do I need as a Carpenter with Garden Spot? High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Three or more years' experience as a carpenter or an equivalent combination of experience and technical training.
Valid PA driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Residential Remodeling experience in a professional capacity.
Must be organized & able to prioritize deadlines.
