Goodville Mutual Casualty Co Goodville Mutual Casualty Co New Holland, PA New Holland, PA Full-time Full-time 14 days ago 14 days ago 14 days ago Nature of Job Work closely with Product Development staff and IT to ensure that product compliance procedures and company systems are maintained and updated in a timely and accurate manner; receive and track rating bureau circulars and bulletins to ensure appropriate decisions are documented; work with Product Compliance team in preparing filings and in dealing with other state insurance department matters; coordinate manual preparation and related functions.
Duties and Responsibilities Work with Product Compliance staff to support the implementation of rate and coverage revisions from rating bureaus, insurance departments, and internally developed revisions.
Maintain Product Compliance documentation including rating manuals.
Prepare Bulletins for product changes, obtain approvals Post updated manuals and Bulletins on gBiz as required.
Prepare and submit filings to state insurance departments as directed by supervisor.
Attend all rate review meetings and document meeting minutes.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications College education desired.
One to three years' experience in a legal environment or Property and Casualty insurance preferred.
Working knowledge of insurance company operations or underwriting requirements.
Capacity to track and review bulletins, circulars, regulations and notices issued by state regulatory agencies and rating bureaus to determine applicability and distribute accordingly.
Attention to detail and experience in proper documentation of procedures and actions.
Ability to work effectively with company computer systems and processing methods.
Ability to work creatively on procedure changes.
Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness and ability to take initiative and responsibility.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
