Homestead Structures is seeking a full-time Director of Finance & Administration to provide financial leadership for the organization, as well as various other related companies and real estate holdings.
A hands-on position, the Director of Finance & Administration will be responsible for leading the overall financial strategy and executing financial and accounting operations including financial planning, reporting, budgets, forecasting, cash management, and compliance.
The ability to proactively provide accurate financial information and serve as an advisor to company owners in making effective decisions is essential to the role.
The successful Director of Finance & Administration candidate will build relationships externally and internally across departments, supporting and serving others, while furthering the team environment.
Director of Finance & Administration Position Qualifications :
