Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inventory management activities for an e-commerce company.
- Collect and analyze data related to inventory levels, sales, and customer demand.
- Procure inventory from suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage supplier relationships.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory management or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems or similar software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for supplier management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
