We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative.
This position is responsible to process order entries, prepare orders for engineering and order writing, review warranty claims and confer with the expediting of shipments along with keeping records of all customer interactions.
The successful candidate will build and maintain professional relationships in daily interactions with our Dealers and internal Associates by providing excellent customer service in communicating information regarding our products and orders.
Effective communications skills are required along with the ability to be an active listener and have the understanding of customer service satisfaction.
A proven history working in a customer service position is required along with proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
Experience working in a wood manufacturing environment, construction, kitchen and bath design or related field is very helpful.
