Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and visitors by greeting them in person, answering inquiries and directing them to the proper individual Answering multi-phone lines, filing, faxing, printing, scanning documentation and completing daily tasks Record customer orders, sales lead information, and pertinent information in a database Collect customer information and process payments Assist in handling customer service calls, answer their questions and find solutions to customer complaints and/or requests through the proper internal channels Assist the executive staff as needed Maintain a meticulous and clean work environment and professional appearance Assist in keeping our office, show room, and customer restroom clean and organized Assist office staff with opening/closing procedures, as needed Perform any other duties as assigned Providing a Courier Run for outside stores one to two day(s) per week Light flower bed maintenance at our New Holland office
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently both as a team member and individually in order to complete the necessary tasks timely Knowledge of basic computer software (i.
e.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook) and the ability to learn QuickBooks software and electronic records Communicates well with customers, coworkers and management in a professional and positive manner Prior experience in a customer service related setting strongly preferred Working Conditions Requires working in a retail/professional office setting while manufacturing is occurring in the other end of the building.
The noise level at times is moderate and there is a potential for exposure to dust and allergens.
Also requires the ability to sit for hours at a time, (with some bending and stooping), ability to use manual dexterity in relation to office requirements, and ability to lift 40 lbs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
