POSITION SUMMARY
The role is a highly visible role and provides a range of sales & customer service support for the Retail & Club business channels. This is a hands-on position responsible for all customer service processes and managing expected service levels for my client's company. This position also includes management of large company retail lists and proprietary computer systems.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
oOrder processing and delivery document creation for Retail & Club/Mass customer base
oCoordinates all transportation issues with Dispatching for deliveries or pick-ups within specific customer base
oProcesses customer base credits, returns & debit memos
oProcesses customer complaints (Product Defects) in Labware system and communicates QC findings with customer & sales
oHandles customer specific company communications as necessary
oDaily order shortage reporting to evaluate with Customer Service Manager & Schedulers and determine causes
oWork with Sales team on customer specific forecasts, marketing promotional activity and other events impacting sales volume in the Retail & Club channels
oIdentify customer trends and order patterns to assist the Forecast Manager & Schedulers
oManages internal processes to achieve expected customer order fill rates and service levels
oAssists in the documentation efforts for all new/existing processes in Sales & Customer Service
oAssists Management to determine and maintain appropriate inventory levels for Retail & Club channels - new product launches, special projects, etc.
oManages Large Retail Link system & any other Customer specific Vendor Managed Inventory systems
oManage data input of tye retail materials in Data Sync other computer systems
oBusiness travel as necessary to achieve assigned objectives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
oExperience in perishable goods industry preferred
oComputer proficiency -SAP, Excel, Word
oPlanning - an ability to gather, analyze and validate data
oManagement - the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
oProblem analysis and problem resolution on a functional level
oExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
oCommitted to high performance and a strong team player
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
oHigh School is a Must
oCollege Degree preferred

The successful candidate would know how to derive mutually beneficial solutionsfor both my client's company and their clients. Someone who produce/offer choices that is beneficial to both internal and external customers, as well as the success of the company. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
