Maintenance Planning Administrator (KR-EF90EC)

Are you our next Maintenance Planning Administrator?
The Opportunity
You will have previous exposure with ERP packages. You will interact with maintenance mechanics and buyers. You will be proficient with Outlook and the Microsoft Suite to include Word and Excel. You will improve work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access. You will be responsible for planning and coordination of all planned maintenance activities performed at the site.

Qualifications & Benefits
Previous clerical / administrative experience preferred
Working knowledge of MS Office, to include Word, Excel, Outlook - required
Previous experience with SAP preferred
Previous experience with maintenance planning software, Insite preferred
Previous experience planning work schedule for machinist
Good appreciation for purchasing, materials management
Previous experience Planning and scheduling for shutdowns (major and minor)
Previous development of Planner reference systems including a file of Planned Job Packages for recurring jobs, plus labor and material libraries for each piece of equipment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
