Your responsibilities in this role - Organize and route incoming telephone calls - Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion - May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
- Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers - SAP experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Microsoft Word experience - Customer service experience experience preferred - Sales experience required - Excellent problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment - Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired - Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach If you are a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs, we want to hear from you. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
