# Description
This position is responsible for entry level non\-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures\.
# Tasks
In our Further Processing Plant, applicants will be working on any position within cook and or pack side, which consists but is not limited to inspection, packing, creating batches of product, mixing ingredients, skid stacking and so forth\. Willingness to be hired for any available shift such as day or night\.
# Requirements
If an applicant meets Tyson's minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted\. Willingness to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, lift, pull and reach\. Lifting is done in many areas \(weight depends on area they will work in and can be as heavy as 50 pounds\.\) Willingness to work in extremely hot and or cold areas depending on department person will be assigned to\. these areas may have slippery walking surfaces\. The applicant must be willing to pack product on fast moving lines, inspect for defects, stack skids, create batches of product which includes willingness to lift up to 50 lbs\. Exposure to spices in the cook room and allergens\.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
