The Flagship Case IH Combines Vehicle Engineering Leader will manage the day to day activities and growth of the Flagship Case IH Combine Vehicle engineering team, including system-level interactions between the vehicle team and supporting functions.
Reporting directly to the Global Chief Engineer, the Engineering Leader will work within a dynamic cross functional team of engineers, project managers, and suppliers to meet and exceed platform goals.
The Engineering Leader will have responsibility for the execution of the engineering requirements related to product design, cost and release timing for the full Product Life Cycle.
Responsibilities Include: Develop product development/project plan and ensuring understanding amongst project engineers responsible for its completion.
Leads, supervises and reviews the work of project and design engineers to ensure the efficient and timely completion of specific project milestones within required budgetary guidelines Ensure that design is meeting regulatory, homologation and safety requirements.
Ensures documentation of technical specifications of the vehicle including feature requirements, design specifications, engineering bills of material, CAD structure, engineering drawings and vehicle-level specifications.
Leads teams in the creation and maintenance and application of design guidelines.
Works with internal Project Engineers and Competency Center managers to ensure available resources and skill sets are allocated to achieve goals (including arranging and managing of applicable outsourced support).
Manages team of direct reports in the achievement of product and department goals.
Has the ability to make hiring decisions and may make necessary disciplinary actions, including employee discharge and is responsible for the career development of engineering team.
Prepares and delivers management-level presentations including technical status reviews Creates budgets, forecasts and capital equipment requirements with economic justifications linked to design and development activities Other Duties as assigned The qualified candidate will have experience with the following: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, Electrical Engineering 8+ years' of experience working in an engineering capacity supporting product development, manufacturing, quality, or purchasing 3 years' experience in people management or leading engineering teams.
5 years' experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration The preferred candidate will have experience with the following: PE certification Ability to work with a cross functional team and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, outside suppliers, and management Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
Strong analysis skills with a focus on attention to detail Familiarity with engineering modeling, drawing, and release processes Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project) Ability to make decisions using appropriate problem solving and decision analysis techniques Equal opportunity employer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
