Demand Planning / Order Cycle Specialist

At New Holland Agriculture, the Demand Planning and Order Cycle Specialist is responsible for order management, forecast and supply chain process improvement, which has a direct impact on the day-to-day business process and relationship with dealers, suppliers and service providers.
Liaising with manufacturing and New Holland Sales Organization, the Supply Chain & Forecast Analyst/Demand Planner ensures on-time delivery of all brand products.
Additional responsibilities include: Develop retail, wholesale, company and dealer inventory plans and production requirements for assigned plants/vendors by model and planning to region market share and financial targets.
Manage all aspects of dealer order life cycle: manufacturing production allocation, meeting required delivery dates, order priorities within industrial constraints, order configuration changes, drive resolution of credit issues, etc.
Lead the S&OP plan and prioritization for assigned product lines.
Support the creation of order cycle forecast KPIs and dashboards in various levels (operational, tactical and executive) to proactively identify and fix misalignments with plan.
Partner with Dealer Sales Support to ensure dealers have the latest status for product availability, wholesales priorities, estimate delivery time and production allocations.
Utilize forecast and reporting tools to analyze forecast accuracy, review root cause, and drive continuous improvement.
In collaboration with Marketing, Pricing and Programming, and Manufacturing ensures proper alignment with brand strategy.
The qualified candidate will have: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations or similar Minimum of 2 years of experience in Demand Planning and Order Cycle The ideal candidate will have: MBA/Master's degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
Proven knowledge with Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel Solver and VBA.
Proficiency with SAP revenue cycle.
Change management, customer advocacy, and enablement is at the forefront of your strategy and delivery.
Self-starter with a problem-solver mindset and proven track record performing well in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities; ability to be flexible and resilient.
Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop customer and market insights.
Proven experience effectively delivering impactful projects in fast-moving environment with ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
Previous experience on "R", Python and or Qlik Sense a big plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
